I decided to try out the (HD) video feature of Marta's new camera and shot a 1 minute video of Marta feeding Camden. (Video shot at 1280 x 720 (HD 720p) for those of you who care about the tech specs.) As far as the High Definition goes....I'm not sure. It looks HD, but I don't really have anything to compare it to. The size of the file (103 MB) is definitly bigger, especially for a one minute video. It did have some problems with color, but I think it had more to do with me zooming in really tight on Cam's face that the camera couldn't really use the backlight too well (I think.)
My apologies if the above video doesn't play very well for you. It plays back well on the camera (naturally) but when I transferred it to the laptop, it did skip around. I'm not sure but the HD part may force your video player to download stuff or your video card may not support the resolution. There is another setting that I can try that will still produce video in HD. I will give that one a go next time.
