Well,
Tonight, after renewing my Flickr.com Pro account for another year, I registered a domain name for the blog, with the blessing of the wife.
This blog can now be reached using the address http://www.cicerofam.com
I believe I have set this up correctly, after some initial confusion from reading help files on both the blogger.com site and on GoDaddy.com.
But now I think it properly resolves. So update your bookmarks folks. We now have a web address to call our own!
I think that the new address resolves if you continue to use the old address (paulc14.blogspot.com).
I purchased this domain name through GoDaddy.com using a promotion code from the podcast Pacific Coash Hellway. (Link on the right.)
Considering how easy GoDaddy makes the process of buying a domain name, I may have to buy another name.
